Founded by Dr. Joanna Metzner-Sadurski, a board-certified hematologist and oncologist with more than 27 years of experience, the site was built around a simple but vital mission: making cancer understandable. The platform follows NIH plain-language guidelines and was inspired by ASCO’s commitment to patient advocacy, ensuring that critical cancer information is clear, accessible, and truly useful.

Each video and resource is developed with physician oversight, follows NCCN guidelines, and is supported by digital technology experts to ensure accuracy, quality, and patient-focused clarity. Our goal is to help individuals feel informed, confident, and empowered to participate in their care and ask the right questions.
